About us FRMD Decor is a small business based in London, United Kingdom, selling custom framed football shirts and related items. Contact: juniorsavane@frmddecor.com.
Our products Every frame is made to order and by hand. We source the shirt you choose and frame it for you. Because shirts are sourced per order, in rare cases a specific shirt, size or version may be unavailable. If we cannot fulfil your exact order we will contact you to agree an alternative or a full refund.
Personalisation and your responsibility You provide the details we frame to: club, season, kit type, name, number and colours. Please check these carefully at checkout, as we make each piece to the details you give us. We are not able to remake an item free of charge where the information provided was incorrect.
Trademarks We source and frame replica shirts. Club crests, kit designs and player names belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any football club, league or brand.
Pricing and payment Prices are shown on the site and are payable in full at checkout. UK delivery is free and already included in the price shown, so nothing is added at checkout for UK orders. Orders to the European Union and the United States are charged shipping at checkout by destination, and you see the exact cost before you pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Dispatch and delivery Orders are made to order. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks from order to dispatch, with delivery on top of that. See our Shipping Policy for full details, including customs and duties on international orders.
Returns See our Refund and Returns Policy. In short, personalised items are exempt from change of mind returns, but anything damaged, faulty or not as described will always be put right.
Liability Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
Governing law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
