SHIPPING POLICY

Everything we make is made to order. When you place an order we source your shirt and frame it by hand, so please allow time for this before dispatch.

Dispatch time Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your order to be dispatched. Each piece is made to order. The shirt for your frame is sourced once you buy, which usually takes around 2 weeks to reach us, sometimes sooner. We then frame it by hand and send it out. Delivery time by the courier is on top of this, and depends on where your order is going. If anything is running behind, we will always let you know.

Where we ship We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States.

Free UK shipping UK delivery is free and already included in the price. The figure you see on the product is the figure you pay, and nothing is added at checkout.

Shipping outside the UK Every frame is a large, solid piece, and each one goes out as a parcel of about 5kg in a big, well protected box so it arrives perfect. Sending one to the European Union or the United States genuinely costs money, so those orders are charged shipping at checkout by destination. You see the exact cost before you pay. We charge what it actually costs to get your frame to you in one piece. We do not inflate it.

Customs, duties and taxes UK orders pay nothing on delivery.

Orders to the European Union and the United States are sent delivered duty unpaid. Your own country charges import VAT, and sometimes duty, on anything arriving from the United Kingdom. The carrier collects that from you before they hand the parcel over. That money goes to your government, not to us. We cannot pay it for you and we cannot reduce it.

As a rough guide, customers in the European Union should expect somewhere around 25 to 35 percent of the order value in local VAT and carrier handling fees. It varies by country. We would rather you knew that before you ordered than found out at the door.

Tracking Once your order is dispatched we will send you tracking so you can follow it to your door.

A note on our size We are a small brand and every frame is made by one person by hand. We care about getting each one right rather than rushing it out. Thank you for your patience.
