This page is for the framing service, where you already own the shirt and post it to us. If you want a shirt sourced for you as well, that is the ready made frame instead.
Dispatched within 1 week of your shirt reaching us. There is no shirt to go and find, so this is the fastest way to get one on your wall. The week runs from the day your parcel lands with us, not the day you order, so post it promptly once you have the address.
Read this before you post anything.
Your shirt is your responsibility until it reaches us. Once it is with the carrier it is out of our hands, and we are not liable for anything lost or damaged on the way here. If an untracked parcel goes missing there is nothing to trace and nothing to claim against, and the loss is yours.
Send it tracked and insured for what it is worth, and keep the receipt and the tracking number until your frame is back with you. It is a few pounds more and it is the difference between a problem we can solve and one nobody can.
Posting the shirt is the commitment. We check it on arrival and stop if anything is wrong, but once framing starts there is no way back, so tell us how you want it laid out when you order.
Where do I post it?
The address is in your order confirmation email. We do not publish it on the site, so it only ever goes to people who have actually ordered.
That means the order comes first, then the shirt. Your order number is also how we match your parcel to you, so there is no way to send it in advance.
Tell us the layout when you order
There is a notes box when you order. That is your say on how the shirt sits in the frame, and it is worth using.
A frame is sealed by hand and cannot be taken apart afterwards, so there is no stage later where you pick between options. If the badge needs centring, or you want the sleeves wide, or there is a mark you would rather have hidden behind the mount, say so there.
How to pack it
- Fold it flat and put it in a poly bag to keep damp out.
- A rigid envelope or a small box. No hangers, no dry cleaning film.
- Write your order number on a slip and put it inside the parcel.
How to send it
Send it tracked and insured. Insure it for the value you stated when you ordered. Keep the receipt and the tracking number until the frame is back with you.
Any tracked and signed for service is fine. What matters is that there is a tracking number and that the cover matches what the shirt is worth to you.
How long it takes
Your frame is dispatched within 1 week of your shirt reaching us. Delivery time sits on top of that.
The week starts when the parcel lands here, not when you posted it and not when you ordered. If your shirt sits in the post for a fortnight, that fortnight is not part of our week. It is the one part of the timeline neither of us controls, which is another reason to send it tracked.
What happens when it reaches us
We check the shirt over the same day it arrives. If it turns up damaged, or it is not what we expected, we stop and message you before anything else happens. That is the one point where we can pause, because nothing has been made yet.
After that it gets framed. We send you a photo of the finished piece before it ships, so you know exactly what is coming. That photo is there to show you, not to sign off, because by then the frame is built.
Free UK return shipping is included in the price. If you are outside the UK, return shipping is added at checkout.
Terms for shirts you send in
Getting it to us is your responsibility
We are not liable for anything lost or damaged before it reaches us. The contract with the carrier is yours, which is why we ask you to send it tracked and insured. Cover for a parcel lost in transit is claimed from the carrier, by you, as the sender.
Posting the shirt is the commitment
Once framing begins the order cannot be cancelled and the frame cannot be unmade. There is no approval stage and no option to have it rebuilt to a different layout, which is why the notes you give at the time of order are the ones we work to.
Dispatch is within 1 week of arrival
That week is measured from the day your shirt reaches us, not from the day you order or the day you post it. Delivery time is on top. If we ever expect to miss it, we tell you rather than letting the date pass quietly.
Customs, both directions
If you are sending from outside the UK, any customs duties or charges on the way to us, and any on the way back to you, are yours to pay. That is set by your government and by ours, not by us.
We check it before we start
Every shirt is inspected on arrival. If it is damaged when it gets here we contact you first and you decide whether to go ahead.
You see it before it ships
We send a photo of the finished frame before it is dispatched. This is so you know what is arriving. It is not an approval step and the frame is already built at that point.
If we damage it
Once your shirt is here it is our responsibility. If we damage it, our liability is limited to the value you stated at the time of order, or to the amount you paid us, whichever is the higher of the two. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Framing changes the shirt slightly
A shirt gets pressed, folded around a mount and held under light tension so it sits square. That is how any shirt is framed and it is not treated as damage. If your shirt is fragile, very old, or worth a great deal, message us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
Still not sure?
Message us before you order. We would rather answer a question than have a shirt you care about turn up when it should not have.
